Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LifeChiAI mobile application or web platform (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enerqubix AI Private Limited (“LifeChiAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. Who Can Use LifeChiAI

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on LifeChiAI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Healing centres using LifeChiAI must be legitimate registered entities or individual practitioners. Centre administrators are responsible for ensuring that all healers registered under their centre hold valid MCKS (Master Choa Kok Sui) Pranic Healing certifications at the level required for the services they provide.

Solo healers must upload proof of certification during registration. Accounts are activated only after verification by the LifeChiAI team.

3. Description of Service

LifeChiAI provides a software platform that enables:

• ·Pranic healing centres to manage patient intake, healer assignment, session documentation, and invoicing
• ·Certified pranic healers to document sessions, log chakra scans, and communicate with patients
• ·Patients to book healing sessions, track their healing journey, and make payments
• ·Solo healers to manage their independent practice

LifeChiAI is a technology platform only. We do not provide healing services directly. All healing services are provided by independent certified healers. LifeChiAI does not employ healers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any healing session.

The AI features of LifeChiAI (including Thiya, the AI session assistant) are tools to assist healers in documentation and session management. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@lifechiai.com.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and update it promptly if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Healer Responsibilities

Healers using LifeChiAI agree to:

• ·Hold valid and current MCKS Pranic Healing certification at the level required for the services they provide
• ·Provide healing services with reasonable care and skill
• ·Maintain accurate session records through the platform
• ·Obtain appropriate consent from patients before each session
• ·Not share patient information outside the platform
• ·Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
• ·Not use LifeChiAI to offer services beyond their certification level

Healers are independent practitioners and are not employees or agents of LifeChiAI. LifeChiAI provides the platform technology only.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients using LifeChiAI agree to:

• ·Provide accurate health information relevant to their healing sessions
• ·Understand that pranic healing is a complementary wellness practice and not a substitute for medical treatment
• ·Consult a qualified medical professional for any medical condition requiring diagnosis or treatment
• ·Make payments in accordance with the agreed session fees
• ·Treat healers with respect

LifeChiAI does not make any representation about the efficacy of pranic healing for any specific condition.

7. Payments and Billing

Payments for healing sessions are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Session fees are set by individual healing centres or solo healers. LifeChiAI subscription fees are set by LifeChiAI and billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of subscription.

Refund and cancellation terms for healing sessions are governed by the individual healing centre's policy. LifeChiAI subscription cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

The LifeChiAI platform, including its software, design, AI models, and content, is owned by Enerqubix AI Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as session notes and chakra scan data). By submitting content, you grant LifeChiAI a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

LifeChiAI does not use patient health data to train AI models. API calls to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Whisper are governed by their respective data processing agreements, which prohibit training on API data.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

LifeChiAI does not warrant that:

• ·The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• ·The AI assistant (Thiya) will be accurate in all cases
• ·Healing sessions arranged through the Platform will achieve any particular outcome

Pranic healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified medical professional for medical concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeChiAI shall not be liable for:

• ·Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• ·Any outcomes of healing sessions arranged through the Platform
• ·Any loss of data, revenue, or profits

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LifeChiAI in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by writing to support@lifechiai.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• ·Violate these Terms
• ·Provide false information
• ·Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• ·Fail to pay subscription fees

On termination, your access to the Platform ceases. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. The current version of these Terms is always available at lifechiai.com/terms.
